La syllabe « rei » signifie esprit. La syllabe « ki » provient du chinois « qi » ( prononcé « tchi »), qui signifie l’énergie universelle. Le reiki désigne donc la force universelle de l’esprit. Aussi appelé guérison énergétique, le reiki est une forme de médecine alternative, où l’énergie universelle est transférée par l’entremise des mains. Le but est d’apporter une guérison émotionnelle et physique au patient.
J’étais encore dans le ventre de ma mère lorsque j’ai connu mon premier contact avec le reiki. Alors qu’elle était enceinte de moi, elle a initié quatre personnes à la guérison énergétique.
J’ai toujours pu pratiquer le reiki, quand bien même je ne connaissais pas les étapes de la tradition. C’est en septembre 2018, avant de m’envoler en Inde pour la troisième fois et de suivre une seconde formation de professeure de yoga que j’ai complété mon niveau I & II de reiki.
Depuis, j’offre et je pratique le reiki en personne, le reiki à distance et avec les cristaux.
The syllable “rei” means spirit. The syllable “ki” comes from the Chinese “qi” (pronounced “chi”), which means universal energy. Reiki is therefore the universal force of the mind. Also called energetic healing, Reiki is a form of alternative medicine, where the universal energy is transferred through the hands of the practitioner. The aim is to bring emotional and physical healing to the patient.
I was still in my mother’s womb when I had my first contact with Reiki. While she was pregnant with me, she initiated four people to energy healing.
I’ve always been able to practice Reiki, even though I was not aware of the steps of the tradition. It was in September 2018, before flying to India for the third time and following a second yoga teacher training that I completed my reiki level I & II.
Since then, I offer and practice reiki in person, distance reiki and with chakra stones.
